The bonus room in the double bedroom pod can be used as a study, etc. The bonus room in the master bedroom pod can serve as a home office, guest room, etc.
Here’s another configuration using two pods.

I wanted to know where I can buy this Pod style floor plan. Secondly, I wanted to see if you can let me know how much I need to spend on a project like this.
Thanks.
All plans are available through Dream Green Homes: http://www.dreamgreenhomes.com/materials/earth/earthbags.htm
It’s impossible to say how much it will cost since prices vary drastically from region to region, as do building requirements, which also affect prices. You have to do a detailed cost estimate using local prices.
This is amazing, but we need a huge space to built the same, anyway thanks for the information.
Is this a passive solar design? The windows seem a bit small? I guess the plans could be modified to fit any window size.
Is this loadbearing straw, stick frame, or post and beam?
Thanks.
These basic plans can be customized for your climate and to meet your needs. All walls are 18″ thick and suitable for strawbale, earthbag, adobe, cob, stone, cordwood, etc. Post and beam can be added if necessary.
